How long does the appointment take?

Most visits take around 30 to 60 minutes depending on how many windows you'd like measured and how many questions you have.

We'll measure your windows accurately (nearly all windows are slightly out of square — precise measuring is what makes bespoke shutters fit perfectly), bring samples of our ranges, colours and louvre sizes so you can see them in your own light, and talk through which styles suit each room.
