The starting point is choosing the right style — and the right style depends on the room, the window and what you want the shutters to do for you. Below is the full range of plantation shutter styles we offer, along with a quick guide to picking the right one.

Quick Style Guide

• Full-height shutters — the classic, most popular style. One panel covers the whole window. Perfect for living rooms, bedrooms and most modern interiors.
• Tier-on-tier shutters — top half and bottom half open independently for maximum flexibility. Ideal for ground-floor rooms where you want privacy at eye level but light from above.
• Café-style shutters — only cover the lower half of the window. Best for street-facing kitchens and dining rooms where the top of the window is high enough not to be overlooked.
• Bay window shutters — bespoke configurations for square, angled, splayed, Victorian or Edwardian bays.
• Tracked shutters — slide on a track, ideal for very wide openings such as patio doors, bi-folds and room dividers.
• Blackout shutters — full-height shutters with an integrated blackout blind concealed inside. Total light exclusion for nurseries and bedrooms.
• Shaped shutters — for arched, circular, triangular and angled windows where standard panels don't fit.
• Waterproof shutters — PVC composite (our Vienna range) for bathrooms, wet-rooms and kitchens.
• Colourful shutters — beyond white. Greys, sea-mist, deep blacks, naturals and a full bespoke colour range.
• Solid wood shutters — solid panels with no louvres for a traditional cottage or shaker look.
