Once you’re happy with the quotation and have decided to proceed, we will arrange a 'Measure for Manufacture' appointment where we'll very precisely measure your windows, their levels and alignment. This is much deeper than a simple measure we'd do at the quote stage, and ensures your Shutters will be a perfect fit. Once complete, we'll confirm your Order and the manufacture of your bespoke shutters will begin! Each shutter is custom-made to fit your windows perfectly, using high-quality materials from our popular ranges like Worcester, Ashwood, and Vienna.
Scheduling the Installation
When your shutters are ready, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date. We understand the importance of timing and flexibility, so we’ll work with you to find a suitable slot.
Preparing for Installation
To ensure a smooth installation process, we recommend the following preparations:

- Remove any existing window coverings.
- If you need assistance with moving heavy items, our installers are more than happy to help.
- We'll likely make several trips to our van, so ensure any pets are safely inside.
