£300 Prize Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Prize donor

This voucher has been donated by Shutters of Elegance (“we”, “us”) as a prize in the Lions Club Christmas Raffle 2026. The raffle itself is organised and administered solely by the Lions Club; we are the prize donor only and have no responsibility for the conduct of the raffle or the selection of the winner.

2. Value

The voucher entitles the holder to £300 off the total price of a single order for made-to-measure plantation shutters, supplied and installed by Shutters of Elegance.

3. Transfer

The voucher may be redeemed by the raffle winner or by any person to whom the winner has given it. It may not, however, be sold, auctioned, or offered for sale, and only the original authorised voucher will be accepted.

4. Validity

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of the raffle draw. The order must be placed, and the deposit paid, on or before this date. Vouchers presented after this date will not be accepted.

5. Redemption against an order

The voucher may be used against one order only. The £300 is deducted from the final balance payable on completion of the order; the standard deposit is payable as normal on the full order value at the time of order. No change, credit, refund, or cash alternative will be given for any unused portion of the voucher’s value.

6. No cash alternative

There is no cash alternative. The voucher has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.

7. Other offers

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or voucher.

8. Installation area

The voucher applies to plantation shutter orders within our standard installation area. Free home surveys and quotations are provided as normal; the voucher is applied to the final order value at the time of order.

9. How to redeem

To redeem, the voucher holder should contact us to arrange a free home survey, and must present the original voucher, bearing its voucher number and authorisation signature, at or before the time of order. Photocopied, damaged, altered, or unauthorised vouchers will not be accepted.

10. Lost or destroyed vouchers

Lost or destroyed vouchers can be reissued at our discretion on confirmation from the Lions Club of the winner’s identity.

11. Statutory rights & standard terms

Use of the voucher does not affect the holder’s statutory rights, and all orders remain subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.

12. Refusal of redemption

We reserve the right to refuse redemption where we reasonably believe the voucher has been copied, sold, or otherwise used in breach of these terms.
